Terms & Conditions
As with everything in our electronic world, we need to make sure that you are aware of the basic T&C’s (terms and conditions) that apply when using the website, booking a course, or paying for a product etc.
Payments / Deposits / Seminar Fees etc.
- Deposit payment
This payment is used to secure a training venue, pay for administrative costs, and any other costs that need to be paid for hosting the training course.
** Please note ** this payment is non-refundable once received.
- Seminar Fee payment
This payment is paid to the seminar guest speaker / course trainer. It covers their costs for travel and accommodation, and also pays towards their time spent sharing and teaching others.
** Please note ** this payment is only refundable if you cancel your attendance to the seminar or course with a minimum notice of no less than 5 working days before the start of the seminar or course.
- Refunds
A refund of a Seminar Fee payment can only be authorised by the seminar guest speaker / course trainer. The host of the event is not authorised to refund anyone without consulting the seminar guest speaker / course trainer.
- Discounts
We do not give Discounts for seminars / training courses.
There are from time to time scholarships that are awarded which are similar to discounts.

- Special Circumstances
Should something out of the ordinary occur, such as force majeure (natural disaster etc.), then we will do our best to accommodate all students requirements. We will consider refunds in special circumstances, but this will have to take into account costs / expenses already paid out for arranging the training course or event.
Certification requirements
- Payment in full
We are bound by guidelines issued by THInK to make sure that full payment has been received by a student before we can issue a certificate. Where Scholarship offers have been given, the student will be expected to fulfil their requirement for the scholarship before a certificate can be issued.
- Contract & Waiver forms
Contracts & Student Waiver forms, are issued to students before the start of the course / seminar. These must be fully completed, so that the form will become an agreement between the student and THInK (the agreement is not between the student and the teacher / seminar guest speaker.)
Only when a form has been completed and handed back can certification be authorised for the student, as long as full payment has been received (as outlined above).
- Pre-requisites for Certification
Some courses require a pre-requisite course to have been completed. Certificates are not issued indefinitely, so please make sure that your certification is up-to-date. Basic DNA does not require any pre-requisite courses to have been completed.
If we can not confirm (through your certificate, through your course teacher, through the THInK public database, or through the THInK office) that you have completed the pre-requisite courses, then we can refuse to allow you to complete a more advanced course.
Gifting a course to someone
- Own choice
ThetaHealing relies on a basic principle of choice. If you are giving someone a “GIFT” – thereby you are paying for the person to attend a course, please make sure that the person wants to attend the course.
Any person who attends the course (who had the course paid for by another person), and decides that they do not want to complete the course, or decides that they do not want to start the course, will forfeit the full payment.
** So please make sure your GIFT is indeed what the other person wants before you pay **
