Online Consultations – Conditions
Please check the booking conditions before you pay
These conditions and guidelines are there, as a ThetaHealer® could be travelling between cities and countries, and they need to manage their schedules accurately and fairly.
Payments for Consultation |
- Your payment will include the Consultation Fee & the Translation Fee
- You need to pay before you receive the Consultation.
- Payment is only accepted through PayPal.
- Credit or Debit card payments are accepted through PayPal.
- A Consultation will only be scheduled once payment has been received.

Cancellations and Re-scheduling Consultations |
- If you need to cancel please do this at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation.
- If there are problems with internet connectivity, the consultation will be rescheduled.
- The consultation can be rescheduled if the ThetaHealer® or Translator can not be available for the scheduled date and time.
- Once a payment has been received – No refunds will be given.
- Please contact “craig@thetaprinciple.com” if you require to cancel the consultation.
- You will only be allowed to reschedule a consultation one time, if you need to cancel the original consultation.

Consultations – general |
- Consultations last between 30 to 45 minutes each.
- Each ThetaHealer® sets the length of the consultations they will provide.
- Consultations are provided online only.
- Consultations will be run through the use of Skype.
- If you want 2 consultations, they will need to occur one after the other.
- The ThetaHealer® needs to consent to providing you 2 consultations one after the other in one day.
- The ThetaHealer® will not record your consultation.
- To record your own consultation, you need to request permission first from the ThetaHealer®.
