VISA APPLICATION
  • You can apply for a TOURIST VISA for your visit to Russia. This will allow you 30 days entry, and can be obtained in a relatively short time frame in most countries.
  • To apply for your Tourist Visa you will need to obtain a TOURIST VOUCHER. In the UK or USA you can contact JustGoRussia who can process this for you online and within 2 hours if needed.
  • To apply for your Tourist Visa look into a VISA PROCESSING COMPANY. In the UK you can look at VFS Global Russia who process applications in London and Edinburgh. They can process applications within 24 hours if applied in person at their offices.
  • Make sure you apply for a TOURIST VISA as this is the easiest visa to obtain.
SAINT PETERSBURG IN JANUARY / FEBRUARY

This is the coldest period of the year in the city. Make sure you bring some warm clothes as it does snow in this period and temperatures can get a bit cold.

PRE-REQUISITE CLASSES for the ELECTIVES

You will need to have completed your Basic and Advanced DNA Practitioners classes to attend the electives.

PRE-REQUISITE CLASSES for the Business Course for Healers

You do not need to have completed any ThetaHealing or other classes for this seminar.
(PS. We use the English word SEMINAR in Russia to refer to class or course – so if asked you are attending a seminar.)

SAFETY IN RUSSIA

Saint Petersburg in Russia (as experienced by Vianna, Guy, Tiffany, Hiro, Goran, Mark, Sumant and a number of other foreign guests) is very safe! If you allow yourself to be influenced by Media Hype and “old wives tales” from the past – then this is a good time for you to put them to rest and truly enjoy a magnificent visit to this city.

  • DEPOSIT REFUND: Once the deposit has been paid and processed by PayPal / Bank Transfer it is non-refundable.
  • DEPOSIT TRANSFER to another person: A Deposit can not be transferred to another person.
  • PRE-REQUISITE COURSES / SEMINARS: To attend any ThetaHealing Elective class you need to have completed Basic DNA Practitioners, and Advanced DNA Practitioners. No exceptions can be made.
  • PAYPAL PAYMENTS: Will be processed through our business account with PayPal – for Secure Training Ltd.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: If we cancel the event you will be refunded the Deposit Fee in full.
  • PAYMENT THROUGH PAYPAL: PayPal uses secure servers and we do not get access to any of your credit card or account information. You can pay through PayPal using Credit or Debit cards, from nearly all banks around the world.
  • PAYMENT THROUGH BANK TRANSFER: When you pay by Bank Transfer, you will have to pay the full amount PLUS you will need to cover any additional fees your bank will charge you for processing the transfer. We do not pay the cost for the transaction fee for the transfer, as we have offered PayPal as a lower cost method to pay for the seminars. Please contact us if you need help or more info on the Bank Transfer payment option, including suitable currencies and values etc.
** Please note – TRANSLATION TERMS & CONDITIONS**
  • SEMINAR LANGUAGE: The listed seminars / classes for January & February in Saint Petersburg in Russia will be delivered in ENGLISH.
  • RUSSIAN TRANSLATION: As the seminars are being hosted in Saint Petersburg – they will be translated free of charge / at no cost – into Russian, for those attendees who speak Russian.
  • OTHER LANGUAGES: We will not be offering the seminars in other languages, unless you make a special request to us. If you want to bring your own translator, you must please contact us to make suitable arrangements for you and your Translator.
  • TRANSLATION EQUIPMENT: If there is a big enough group from your country / who speak your language – then we need to speak to you and confirm the terms and conditions for the use of Translation Equipment. (We can provide at a very reasonable cost, audio equipment that is suitable for use by 1 translator and a group of people who will listen through a receiving device and earphones). As a guide – In Sept 2014 for Vianna’s visit to Russia these costs were around $ 10.00 – $ 14.00 USD per day for the equipment.
  • COSTS FOR TRANSLATORS & TRANSLATION EQUIPMENT: These services will cost extra, and to help keep these costs low, please contact us directly to discuss your options.

  • VIDEO RECORDINGS / AUDIO RECORDINGS: THInK do not allow the recording of any ThetaHealing Seminars. We follow this guideline and will not permit you to record any part of the seminars.
  • CONFIDENTIALITY: Seminars include practical demonstrations. Sometimes sensitive or confidential information might be disclosed during a demonstration. There are times during the seminars where practical pair work is done. WE ASK YOU to keep confidentiality about any information shared in any demonstration or pair (partner) work during the seminars.
  • PHOTOGRAPHS: You are more than welcome to take photographs, as long as this does not interfere with the privacy or confidentiality of any session. Be considerate of others wishes not to be included in photos.
  • RECORDING FOR LEGAL PURPOSES: In some countries, there are strict laws which prohibit the use of certain words, phrases or teachings. To assist with protecting the host and the speaker of any seminar, we reserve the right to make a visual and audio recording of any seminar, ONLY for the protection of those attending the seminars, against false allegations or claims.
  • PEACEFUL AND SAFE ENVIRONMENT: We promote a peaceful and safe environment for all. Anyone who behaves in an abusive manner, or is seen to react in a violent or threatening way towards anyone else on the seminars will be asked to leave, without a refund for the seminar. In the same manner, anyone who intimidates, harasses or causes serious offence will asked to leave the seminar. Any illegal action witnessed by a member of the host team or the speaker will be reported to the local police or authorities to be dealt with, according to the laws of the country where the seminar is held.
