Seminar location
ThetaHealing Day, Basic Instructors and Advanced Instructors will all be hosted in a hotel in St.Petersburg, Russia. Once you have paid your deposit & completed your ‘Online Registration’ we will send you more information about the location of the hotel. We will also have special rates for anyone wishing to stay at the hotel, and will provide you with this information too.
Cost to attend
ThetaHealing Day : €67.00 which is paid to the hosting team.
Basic Instructors : €340.00 deposit & €875.00 balance (€ 1’215.00 total).
Advanced Instructors : €290.00 deposit & €675.00 balance (€ 965.00 total).
- Deposit payment : this is paid to the hosting team, and covers all the administrative costs and expenses for the seminar that the hosting team will incur.
- Balance payment : this is paid directly THInK in the USA, and covers the costs of bringing Vianna and her team to Russia.
Hopefully by this stage you would have paid your deposit to the hosting team.

When to pay
The sooner the better, don’t leave it to the last minute as spaces are limited.
- paying your Deposit : you must ensure your deposit is paid first, so that we can issue you with your own unique seminar id number. This number is important! Without out it you will not be able to complete the registration and payment process.
- paying your Balance : we will send you specific information so that you can pay THInK. Once you have completed your registration details online, we will make this information available to you.
- last payment date : we will close payments on Thursday 4th of September 2014. Anyone paying after this date will not be admitted to the seminar. No exceptions will be made, sorry.
- NO CASH PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THE SEMINAR : we are unable to process and payments if made in cash on the day. Neither our hosting team, nor the THInK team will be accepting any cash payments, so please make sure you pay well in advance.
Visa Requirements
If you do not have a Russian passport, please check if you are required to have a VISA to enter Russia. If this is the case, you are strongly advised to contact the Craig (your English point of contact for the seminar) who will be able to help you further. Don’t leave it to the last minute – you might not get your VISA.

- Natalia Lapshicheva is the lead host for the event. She speaks Russian, and English. Please contact her in Russian to discuss anything you need to know.
- Craig Koekemoer is assisting Natalia, and is the English contact person for the event. He speaks English, Afrikaans, and has a basic understanding of some other languages.
- Brandy & Tiffany are two wonderful ladies at THInK in the USA who you can also contact. As they are not arranging the seminar they will not be able to provide you with details, but they can help if your query is about your certifications or other matters.

** PLEASE NOTE ** : before you capture your details here you need to have a ‘Seminar ID Number’ which is only supplied once you have contacted the host, and paid your deposit fees. Once the seminar host has provided you with your unique number, you can then complete the online form. Any information captured without your unique ‘Seminar ID Number’ can not be used. Thank you.
